Every customer record includes contact details, service history, job count, total revenue, risk score, VIP status, tags, notes, locations with access codes, billing contacts, PO numbers, NET terms, referral source, and a full timeline of jobs, invoices, leads, reviews, and internal notes. Commercial customers can also have parent-child account hierarchies.

When a job status changes to completed, ScaleYourJunk automatically creates an invoice with the quoted amount, assigns the next sequential invoice number, and sets the due date based on the customer's NET terms (defaulting to NET-30 if none are set). The invoice is idempotent — if one already exists for that job, no duplicate is created. Line items, tax, deposit, and tip fields are all supported.

Per-truck profitability is calculated as revenue minus disposal fees, labor costs, fuel expenses, and other operating costs (maintenance, tolls, supplies). The reports page shows each truck's job count, net profit, margin percentage, working days, revenue per truck-day, profit per truck-day, and utilization rate — so you can see exactly which trucks are earning and which are costing you money.

Yes. The Growth plan includes two-way QuickBooks Online sync. Invoices, payments, and customer records sync automatically so your books stay up to date without double entry. Your accountant can work directly in QuickBooks while you manage operations in ScaleYourJunk.
