DCSWA transfer stations in Delaware County were approximately $87/ton per 2024 budget data but may have increased. WM, Republic Services, and Reworld do not publish rates — all are negotiated per commercial account. The PA state average MSW tipping fee is $85.45/ton (EREF 2024). No other major facility in the five-county Philadelphia metro publishes tipping fees. WM, Republic Services, Reworld, J.P. Mascaro, and DCSWA all negotiate rates per commercial account.
